  • it isn't the amount that i think will cause them grief. it's the different amounts for residents vs. non-residents for a habitat stamp: something unheard of in the hook & bullet world. non-residents already pay higher license fees than residents everywhere. we all expect that.

  • In many geographical areas of this country, it is already the case that caucasians are now the minority. For example, I live in El Paso, TX, where 75% of the population does not speak English as the primary language.
